Bitterwater Outfitters doesn’t stop at hunting. When you book a hunt with us, you’ll have access to the shooting range and fishing pond. The Ranch Headquarters also serves as a working cattle ranch. Depending on the time of your hunt, you might get to see a cattle drive or calf branding.
We are also located in the heart of wine country. Just a few miles west, you can go on a wine tasting tour or enjoy the Wine Festivals in Paso Robles, which are held throughout the year. A little farther west you’ll find a variety of beaches including Morro Rock, Pismo Beach, Cayucos and Cambria just to name a few. Hearst Castle and the elephant seals are also popular local attractions.
I’ve gone on a lot of guided trips in my life and Bitterwater Outfitters is right at the top. Clayton was professional, easy going, and he always finds the game. I am very satisfied with the entire experience and I can’t wait to come back.
