Hunting
Bitterwater Outfitters offers over 15 species on over 85,000 acres with the finest professionally guided hunting in Central California. Wild pig, buffalo, water buffalo, exotics, deer, upland game, turkey and varmint hunts are available. Hunts are two day fully guided hunts. We hunt by foot, all terrain vehicle or truck and we use a spot and stalk method. You can choose to hunt with a rifle or a bow. We offer hunting for all ages, all skill and agility levels and we are handicapped accessible. We can also take care of the meat processing and shipping if you prefer (at your expense). Taxidermy services are available as well.
It was a really good experience going on a hunt with Bitterwater Outfitters. I loved staying at the ranch headquarters. The operation is an old western, down to earth feel. Clayton was great to talk to and be around. Everyone that I know that has gone keeps coming back. If someone doesn’t come back, they don’t like to hunt.
