California Hunting Outfitters
Bitterwater Outfitters of Paso Robles, California offers over 20 species on over 250,000 acres with the finest professionally guided hunting in Central California. California Wild Boar, European & Russian Boars, Buffalo, Water Buffalo, Exotics, Blacktail Deer, Pheasant/Chukar, Upland Game, Turkey and Varmint hunts are available. The Central Coast of California Hunts are up to two days of fully guided hunting. We hunt by foot, all terrain vehicle or truck and we use a spot and stalk method. You can choose to hunt with a rifle or a bow. We offer hunting for all ages, skill and agility levels. We can also take care of the meat processing and shipping if you prefer (additional expense). Taxidermy services are available as well.

Clayton Grant and Bitterwater Outfitters is top notch. It was well run, Clayton was easy to be around and it was a great family feeling. Clayton was just as excited to go hunting as we were. I have heard negative things about guided hunts but I can’t think of anything negative to say about Clayton Grant or Bitterwater Outfitters. Clayton likes to show people a good time and a good hunt.
