California Guided Deer Hunts

If you're interested in a quality guided California deer hunt, Bitterwater Outfitters has what you're looking for. With expert guides and over 200,000 acres of exceptional private California blacktail hunting ground, you will find the game you came for. The rolling hills, scattered oaks, and manzanita trees provide the perfect backdrop to spot and stalk your California blacktail deer.

We have multiple ranches with a variety of options to accommodate different hunting goals.
Our standard California deer hunts are for those clients who want a guided deer hunt for a reasonable price. They are on quality ranches and it is an opportunity at a standard buck for this area. Our management California deer hunts are a more selective option. The management deer are fully mature deer that have reached their maximum capacity. Our trophy California deer are on our premier ranches and are the elite of the deer population in our area.

Our guides live for deer season. They spend months scouting and pattering bucks, assuring that they'll put your on the buck you're after. During the 2023 season, we had a 100% success rate. Guided deer hunts are limited. Book today for the 2024 season.

I just wanted to say thank you to Randy Parker for his knowledge that he was able to share with me in the class and in the field. He was so patient with me and walked me through everything that the class has to offer. I could tell that he has been hunting for many years, he was also very big on safety with gun handling and where to have the perfect shot placement on the pig that he was leading me too. He taught me everything I needed to know on the range. We saw different trails and tracks that I will carry with me all the days of my hunting career. My wife came with my as a guest on the second day for the hunt and Randy made her feel like part of the team.Randy is also a good hearted man and fun to be around with and so easy to talk too. This class is well worth your time and money!! Randy showed me how to field dress the pig I shot and also how to skin it when we got back to the cleaning station.
